Return Eligibility

Return or replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery for damaged, wrong or missing items with clear photos/video of parcel, invoice and product packet.

Non-returnable Items

Opened seed packets, used gardening items, perishable/live plant products, discounted clearance items and items damaged due to improper storage or use are not eligible for return unless wrong or damaged on delivery.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after verification. COD refunds may require bank/UPI details from the customer.
