Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Customers may request cancellation before dispatch by emailing accounts@anadhnursury.store with order ID and registered phone/email.

After Dispatch

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. Customers may follow the return process after delivery if the item is eligible.

Failed Payments

If payment is debited but order is not confirmed, customers should contact support with payment reference. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded as per payment gateway timelines.
